Edmond started his research internship role in Feeding Hong Kong in 2020. After he completed his business degree at Durham University, he returned to Hong Kong and joined the company as Food Sourcing Executive.

His prime responsibility in the organisation is to cultivate relationships with the existing and potential food donors and handle the operation required, from food sourcing to communication with donors, as well as internal logistics arrangements.

Edmond is a devoted team player who loves challenges. As a fresh graduate, he is passionate to put his academic knowledge into practice. He finds his job in Feeding Hong Kong very meaningful for the betterment of well-being in food reallocation.

In his leisure time, Edmond enjoys playing racket sports and spending time with family and friends. He shares a strong interest in new ideas and knowledge and enjoys reading books in his quiet time. He is also a food and coffee lover.
