Food Grace – Food Recycling Scheme – Shek Lei

Food Grace is a Hong Kong NGO whose aims are to promote food recycling, solve environmental problems, create green jobs and relieve the financial burden on grass-roots communities. They collect food that has been unsold but is still good for consumption, such as vegetables, rice and noodles, from sellers in the city’s markets. This is then shared with the community every weekday afternoon from their Kwai Chung centre. They have been a FHK Charity Partner since 2016.
