Operation Dawn Limited – Shum Shui Po Centre

Operation Dawn’s Shum Shui Po Centre provides enquiry, enrolment and referral services for their rehabilitation programmes and is a venue for pre-programme activities, study groups and other gatherings. It also runs outreach services with food assistance to seniors, drug addicts, the homeless, and new migrants. They became a FHK Charity Partner in 2012.
