The Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council – Healthy and Happy Family in Pak Tin Community Support and Networking Project

Established in 1968 as a registered non-profit organization, the Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council (NAAC) upholds its founding spirit of “Help Our Neighbour, Serve Our Community” and adheres to professional social work ethics, dedicated to helping needy people with diversified services and programmes NAAC strives to uphold a collective responsibility to stimulate the exertion of self-help, mutual support, promote equity and justice, and share for excellence in professional service delivery for the development of caring, respect and sharing society. The Pak Tin Community Service Team was established in May 2018 and is dedicated to providing services and activities to elderly residents and tenants who are affected by the Pak Tin Estate government clearance projects.
