Tomato and vegetable spaghetti
Ingredients
400g (1 can) chopped tomatoes
300g spaghetti
100g green beans, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tomatoes, diced
2 carrots, diced
1 broccoli, chopped
½ onion, finely chopped
½ red chilli, finely chopped
100ml water
2 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon soy sauce
¼ teaspoon sugar

- For a fishy option, add a can of sardines or tuna to the sauce. This dish is a great way to use up any leftover vegetables. Simply add them to the tomato sauce in step 4 and heat through.
